1. Presentation of the Controller

Controller of the personal data on the website www.fri.si and other personal data of our
clients is FRI d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, identification number 5288363000
(here and after »controller). The Controller values your trust and will take care of your
personal data in accordance with applicable law.
All content published on our website is the property of controller. They may not be copied,
reproduced and distributed in any other way without written permission of the controller.
For the purpose of providing accounting services and other services provided by controller
for its clients, it processes them within the limits, scope and for the purpose determined by
the regulations of personal data protection.
2. Data protection officer
Controller is obligated to designate the data protection officer according to regulation on
personal data protection and data protection officer is director Jure Prosen.
3. Purpose of personal data processing
Subscription of newsletter
On the website FRI d.o.o. individuals have opportunity to subscribe to newsletters to obtain
useful information and advice regarding accounting, taxes and legal consulting. Recipients of
the newsletter are only individuals who subscribe it with their e-mail address. Individuals can
anytime revoke the application.
Controller keeps the following information for e-mail notification purposes:

• Name and surname or company name
• E-mail address
  Contact form on the website
  The website contains contact form, through which individuals can obtain immediate touch
  with company. This personal data is stored by controller only for the purposes of processing
  or establishing contact with the individuals.
• Name and surname or company name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address

Basic information of the company, number or received and issued invoices, obligated
to VAT system, number of employees and other specification, if provided
Personal data is obtained by the controller with the explicit consent of individuals, who may
revoke the consent at any time.
Other data processing
Due to its business activity controller processes and manages personal data for the purpose
of performing accounting services and other service, which are specified in contract between
controller FRI and the client.

4. Legal basis
The primary legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contract between the FRI
and the client. However, contractual provisions are in compliance with Personal Data
Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07; ZVOP-1) and General
Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679 and statutory provision.

5. Rights of individuals
By written request sent to the address: FRI d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, an
individual may request access, supplement, correction, blocking, limitation of
processing or deletion of personal data, objects to the processing of data processed
in connection with him and requires the transfer of data.
An individual can permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, withdraws the given
consent to the processing of personal data by written request sent to the following address:
FRI d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the
lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent until its
withdrawal.
An individual has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the
Republic of Slovenia if he/she considers that his personal data are retained or otherwise
processed in violation of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.
6. Retention of personal data
FRI d.o.o. will process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the
processing and as long as necessary to that end.
Personal data is thus processed until the purpose is fulfilled or within the limits of the
limitation periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of these personal data,
in particular when the processing of personal data is necessary in the context of the
conclusion or execution of the contract, except in cases when the retention period of the
personal data is prescribed by law. In these cases, FRI d.o.o. keeps the data in accordance
with the statutory provision.
